All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 Business Days after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received. Orders are processed only on business days.
During product launches, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed.
2. Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges.
Shipping is handled through our trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, it is typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking link.
You can use the tracking link at any time to check the latest status of your shipment until it is delivered.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged during transit, or you have not received your order within the expected delivery period, please contact us at contact@lodairwear.com. Our team will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
6. International Shipping
At this time, LoDair ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
